Karen and Rich were so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious! The Old Manse was lovely, not over done and very tasteful.

Excellent accommodations and service! My husband and I were very pleased. It was especially nice to that the inn had bicycles and helmets available for us to use. It was a short bike ride from the inn to the CCRT (Cape Cod Rail Trail), so we did not even need to drive somewhere and rent bikes.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, friendly atmosphere and close to Hyannis & beach areas.

I liked everything about the Old Manse Inn. The Inn was very neat and clean and the decor very nicely done. The caring , pleasant attitudes of Rich and Karen , the couple who own the Bed and Breakfast. Very sociable and informative about the Inn and the area. Nicely kept grounds, the location, and all the cozy fireplaces, the comfortable bed and nice linens, Chocolates beside the bed, put a smile on my face. Had two robes if needed in the bathroom. A comfortable game room, and always a nice hot cup of coffee any time with Karens delicious home made cookies to go with it. A choice of Papers in the morning and a healthy , gormet breakfast in a sunny open beautiful dining room, with fireplace if needed. The Bikes were a plus. Very easy to ride on the flat, wide, nicely paved, scenic bike paths. We are novice bikers, in fact, my husband doesn't even own a bike. Liked it so much we both ended up riding approx 25 miles one day enjoying the paths. We are not Spring Chickens! Have 9 grandchildren. We both enjoyed our Easter at the Old Manse Inn!!

Honestly, there wasn't anything I did not like. Exceeded my expectations.
